Mobilize your Fleet360 Pro operation in under 60 seconds with a secure Fleet ID, automated driver handshakes and no complex server configuration.
Step 1: Define Your Fleet ID
Open the Fleet360 Pro (Admin) app on your manager device.
Navigate to Settings > FLEET MANAGER CONFIG.
Enter your full mobile number in the Manager Phone Number field.
Save the configuration. This device is now the central command node.
Step 2: Mobilize Your Drivers
Connect drivers through the Secure Handshake system—no manual entry of Fleet IDs or URLs is required from the driver.
In FLEET MANAGER CONFIG, tap ADD NEW DRIVER.
Enter the driver’s name and mobile phone number.
Tap GENERATE TOKEN, then SEND via SMS.
The driver opens the secure SMS link and Fleet360 Go joins your fleet automatically.
Step 3: Tactical Oversight
Once the handshake is complete, Fleet360 gives you real-time forensic oversight of every active fleet node.
Live Command Map: Use the middle tab for real-time field pings and precise GPS locations.
Mechanical Forensics: Tap a driver to inspect live RPM, ECU speed and throttle position.
Vehicle Health: Monitor Diagnostic Trouble Codes and transmission thermals before downtime occurs.
Advanced Configuration: BYOS
Fleet360 supports Universal Webhooks for organizations that need forensic records saved directly to their own Google Drive or OneDrive.
In Settings, locate the Shared Cloud Path field.
Paste your organization’s custom webhook URL, such as a URL ending in /exec.
Drivers completing the Secure Handshake inherit this path and save a duplicate forensic manifest to corporate storage.
