Route360 Go: Professional Driver’s Instrumentation Manual
Welcome to the Route360 Go pilot’s guide. This document details the operation, safety systems, and technical calibration of your professional driving instrument suite.
1. The Main Dashboard (The Cockpit)
The Route360 interface is designed for high-contrast visibility in industrial and automotive environments.
Primary Instruments — Cardinal Heading sits at the top center and displays N, S, E, or W in large monospaced text. The Numerical Compass is a 360-degree rotating rose: the Green Diamond shows your Course Over Ground, while the Cyan Chevron indicates Heading Lock when active. Live Gauges provide high-frequency speed in MPH/KMH and real-time altitude in FT/M, filtered to eliminate GPS jitter.
Secondary Sensor Bar — Weather displays current conditions and temperature; tap for a seven-day forecast and detailed insights. Noise Meter tracks cabin decibels and alerts when noise reaches fatigue-inducing levels. Barometer shows local pressure and its rising or falling trend. GPS Quality reports horizontal accuracy; “Excellent” indicates sub-three-meter precision.
2. Advanced Vertical Navigation (The Altimeter)
Route360 Go includes a professional-grade vertical navigation suite for low-elevation areas and high-gradient terrain. Tap ALTIMETER in the main header to open the aviation-style instrument. Its large, broad, and small hands represent hundreds, thousands, and tens of thousands of feet. The Kollsman Window shows local pressure in inHg, while the CAL light is green for verified altitude, yellow in BARO LOCK, and red for raw GPS.
Dual-Scale Precision — Use x1000 for mountain driving, where one full rotation equals 1,000 feet, or x100 for coastal precision, where one rotation equals 100 feet. Use the buttons below the gauge or tap the gauge face to cycle scales.
Barometric Fusion & BARO LOCK — In Hybrid Mode, the barometer handles smooth relative movement while GPS supplies long-term anchoring. Tap HYBRID to engage BARO LOCK, which ignores noisy GPS altitude and relies on air-pressure changes. Use this setting under heavy tree cover or in areas with signal interference.
Surveyor-Grade Calibration (LAG) — Find the Lowest Adjacent Grade on your Elevation Certificate, then go to Settings > Set Reference Elevation (LAG). Enter the value—for example, 9.3 ft—and tap SET ANCHOR. All instruments and future mission recordings will align with this certified reference.
3. Active Safety Systems
Driver Guardian (Erratic Motion) — The engine monitors swerves, jittery pedal input, and sudden lateral shifts. When detected, a red “ERRATIC MOTION DETECTED” banner appears with a cyan halo around the dashboard. Alerts clear automatically after 15 seconds of stable driving.
Smart Coffee Sentinel (Fatigue) — The app calculates fatigue from continuous driving time and dynamics. When it is time for a break, a cyan coffee cup replaces the numerical heading. Tap the cup to snooze for 15 minutes, or long-press to reset the mission timer after your break.
4. Mission History & “Black Box” Replay
Every drive is recorded with professional-grade telemetry. Replay HUD shows a solid cyan breadcrumb line for your completed path, a telemetry slider for exact speed, altitude, and grade at any point, and a high-density elevation profile of the terrain you covered.
Automated Photolog (Smart Anchor) — View each mission photo in the summary or replay screens. Tap a photo thumbnail to snap the map and telemetry directly to the moment that image was captured.
5. Administrative Logbook & CSV Export
Trip Logging (Mileage Tracking) — Tap “START MILEAGE LOG” on the main dashboard. When you tap “STOP,” the Mission Complete screen appears. Select Business or Personal, enter the trip purpose, then tap “SAVE TO LOGBOOK” to secure the record in the encrypted Black Box database.
Professional Data Export (Direct Share) — Go to Settings > Export Mileage Log (CSV) or Export GPX. Route360 Go opens the Android Share Menu so you can send your data directly to OneDrive, email, Slack, or another available app.
6. Technical Support & Privacy
